For Stella's first Thanksgiving, we split our time between Midland and Big Spring. We spent Tuesday-Thursday in Big Spring and Thursday night-Sunday in Midland.
Stella and Jackson play so well together. They play together, Jackson wrangles her and keeps her out of trouble, and he even cleans up after her. She loves him.
Bristol is never too far away.
Thanksgiving week was the beginning of an era...Stella discovered a love for baby dolls.

Stella's first Thanksgiving |
Sydney and Stella
Granny and Stella
Stella ate turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, Gramma Ruby's dressing, chicken and dumplins, peas, and green beans. She had some egg custard pie and pumpkin pie, too!
After Judy's, we went to Mimi and Papas to see Pepaw and his side of the family.
Stella found lots of things there that she could get into!
After Mimi and Pa's house, we went ot Midland to do it all over again. More food!
Nana gave her whipped cream. :)
After dinner, I watched while Annette, Jarrett, and my mom worked intently on copying a flower arrangement from Ms. Casey's Christmas Store. Mom and I did some shopping (of course).
On Black Friday, mom and dad suggested Jarrett and I have a date night and they would keep Stella. We went to Gerardo's. They catered our wedding and the owner is the new Mayor of Midland. The food was great!
Stella watched some football with Papa on Saturday.
He also shared his cake with her.
After a great week and lots of firsts, we were on the road back home. Stella was snuggled up with her Cabbage Patch dolls and her freshly curled hair from Nana's curler collection and she slept most of the way home.
