Mother's Day

Mother's Day was awesome.  We had so much fun.  We went to church, met the family for lunch at Fuzzy's in Arlington, then went to the Zoo.  So much fun!
My parents were in town for the weekend, so we had a good time with them.  On Sunday, I didn't have to work.  It was so nice getting to slow down and just have a fun and relaxing day together.

Olive Garden for dinner.

Later in the week, we had a hail storm (no damage, except for a few dings on Jarrett's company truck)

Kindermusik Fun!

May 2014 continued

Lunch and playing at Central Market before Stella's follow up x-ray

Stella's x-ray looked great! Her bone was not completely healed, but there was no need for any more x-rays.  Thank goodness, because Stella is NOT a fan of x-rays.

Curls!

Bristol has become a great companion for Stella.  He is a bit skiddish, so I don't trust him completely.  But, so far, he has been great with her.  She loves giving him love.

Books, books, more books.

Doing some shopping.

Stella stayed home with a sitter, and we went to a Rangers game with the family.

Our seats were way up high and it was HOT.  Not a good combo for Stella. We had fun with Gus and Garrett and Stella had fun with the babysitter.

Spring Fun! May 2014

A photo from our Easter program for Kidridge at Church-- we put lots of work into it, but it turned out great.

Nana took the kids on a shopping trip and they each got to pick something out.

Stella loves to rearrange furniture.  She likes to lift things and move them around-- always busy!

We watched Gus' preschool performance.

We went to Big Spring and Midland for a visit.
We went to Jackson's baseball game.

Then out to Carlos' for dinner.
Granny and Stella fed the ducks.

Stella tried to "help" Jackson with his video games.

We went to see Nana and Papa and Moses, to!

At home, we played in the water outside.

Granny sent us new books.

April!

For Jarrett's birthday, he got to go indoor skydiving.

Also in April, we got to go to a Ranger's Game for a date night.

Stella had her appointment with the specialist about her collar bone.  They told us it was broken and to not let her climb, run, fall, or play too hard.  Ummm..okay.

They also tried this to restrain the movement a bit.  It didn't work.

To make up for it, she had a churro at Costco.
