Hanging Around...

Doing some painting...

And some dancing...

And some walking...

And a zoo visit...

Standing like a flamingo.  I took a picture of Garrett around this age doing the same thing.

We went to tea party that sweet Ginger Osiek hosted for us.  I tried to prepare Stella for it, but she was NOT into being a princess (yet).

Enjoyed some popsicles and pool time on the back porch...

And shopping!

Happy 4th of July!

We woke up early and went to the 4th of July parade in Arlington.  It was great!

Stella did some dancing- she loved all the music.

I didn't get many pictures of her at the 4th of July party at Debis.  She liked watching the fireworks and was pretty tired...

But, just like any party goer, she rallied later on and had some late night munchies.

Broken Bow Trip 2014

In June, my famliy rented a house in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.  It was the BEST vacation. We got to relax, enjoy some outdoors and hikes.

Anyone seen Stella?

Wine Tasting
Best. Pizza. Place. Ever.
Grateful Head Pizza- they brew their own beer, have a huge outside area with toys and trucks for the kids to play in, and it was some of the best pizza ever!

We went on some hikes with Stella (stroller free)!  She loved being in the woods.

First time fishing with Daddy.

Mosey was not a great hiking partner... he got pretty ried pretty wuickly.

We rented a boat on Broken Bow Lake. It was beautiful.   I had no idea we were such a short drive away from such pretty views.

We saw a family with young boys climbing these rocks and jumping off.  We thought they were locals and were sure of the safety of the water depth.  We climbed along with them, and after being bullied a bit by their boys, we started jumping with them.  We later found out they were NOT locals and had never jumped off.  No one was hurt, though... and it made for some pretty awesome stories (and photos!).

At Beavers Bend State Park, they had a childrens area with a mini train that went through the woods and park.  They also had horse rides! So fun-- Stella loved it.

This was a great family trip.  Other highlights that are not pictured at Annette and Marcus' huge reveal that they are expecting.  We rode go karts with the boys (Gus and I beat JJ and Garrett!)  We got to sit outside on a porch with beautiful views and enjoy some time away.  Lots of memories!
