Out for Sushi

Out for sushi!

Almost ready for the half marathon!

Family Time!

To celebrate Valentine's Day as a family, we went for a long run and out to breakfast!

Jarrett has been traveling, so we FaceTime as much as we can!

I found this picture of Garrett when he was the same age as Stella.  I forgot that Garrett was chubby like Stella is!

Gearing up for Valentine's Festivities.

February 9... one year's difference!

 Being silly with daddy...

To kick off Valentine's Day festivities... we went to the dentist.  Stella had a spot on her tooth that I thought was a cavity.  It wasn't.. just a little curve in her enamel.  It gave us good reason to get off of the bottles!  After two nights, Stella was on to sippy cups only.  The first night, we gave her a sippy cup with milk in it instead of her bottle.  She got mad and threw it on the floor.  She cried for a few minutes and eventually drank her milk behind a chair in the living room.  The second night she did the exact same thing.  She got angry, threw it.  She drank the sippy cup in the corner, behind the chair.  After that, no more bottles!

Playdate at Love Bugs Bakery

On Valentine's Day, Stella and I went with our play group to a memory care facility and passed out flowers to the residents.  Afterwards, we had a picnic at a duck pond.

After the picnic, we went to Britain to see my old students during their party.

That evening, we spent it with Rhett and Blair! Stevie and Fletch had a night out.

Climbing, Being cold, and the Olympics!

Our little climber...

Having tea...

Birthday Breakfast for Gussie!!!!

It is the opening day for the 2014 Winter Olympics! We celebrated at Annette and Marcus' house.

Everyone updating statuses.  We had borcht, russian perogis, and russian cocktails.
Late into the evening...Stella got up. Again and Again.  She ended up puking everywhere (gallons, it seemed) in Annette's house. Everyone was up.  No one seemed to sleep.  It was a long night.  Stella slept the whole way home.  We stopped at Starbucks and then Stella stole the empty cups.  I guess she is worth it!!
