First St. Patty's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Jarrett had originally planned on leaving for a guys trip to hunt on Sunday afternoon.  When the trip didn't work out, we realized we had a free evening to spend with good friends!  Chris and Krista Koen came over for some dinner and we enjoyed nice weather.

The boys played Cornhole Bean Bag Toss.
                                                                            We had fun!

Pickle Parade

On Saturday (March 16th), we woke up and went out to the Mansfield Pickle Parade.

I got out the Moby wrap and Stella really likes it.  It is a lot more comfortable that the sling I use now.

Sarah and Ed's Shower

We hosted a couples baby shower at our house for our friends, Sarah and Ed.  They are having a little girl, Kellyn, in May.  We can't wait to meet her!!!

Easter Basket

I ordered her Easter basket from Pottery Barn and it finally came in this week.   You can see how excited Stella was.

                                                                      And toes....
We had lots to do, but we layed on the bed and "chatted" for a good chunk of the afternoon.  I am so not ready to go back to work.

.
Jarrett was working out of town, so Stella and I spent the night at the Donahos.

The next day, we got up and had to do some shopping at Costco for a baby shower we were hosting.  Stella seems to like the lights and all the sights at Costco.  She is usually awake when we go and really content.  It could be because she is usually buried in groceries!

It is only March, but the weather has been beautiful.  It is sunny and 70-80 degrees  most days.   Stella loves to be outside and she really likes going on runs with me.

Since it is spring break, our church had a play date where we painting canvases.

                                                             Hanging with Daddy.

Dr. Suess

For Dr. Suess' birthday, the Parks mall had a storytime and craft for kids. We went to check it out. Stella had a good time.  :)

Gus and Garrett met us there.

This and That

In the morning, I usually wake up and feed Stella.  After  I feed her, she sits in her Mamaroo chair while I get breakfast ready.  She loves  it.  She smiles, laughs, coos, and kicks around while smiling at the mobile on it.  It is hilarious.
